Package Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a treatment package at Soraya Skin Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you understand and agree to these terms before making your purchase.
Payment, validity and expiry
All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be redeemed.
Where laser packages can be used
Laser hair removal packages are valid at both our Prahran clinic at 158 Chapel Street, Windsor and our Doncaster East clinic at 181 Reynolds Road. You can start your laser package at one location and continue at the other. Other treatment packages can only be redeemed where that treatment is offered. Fat freezing is available at Prahran only.
Cancellations and rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel any appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, the treatment session will be forfeited and marked as redeemed.
Manage your appointment through Fresha, or contact your clinic if you need assistance.
Transfers, exchanges and refunds
Packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services, packages or memberships. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including any applicable consumer guarantees.
Laser consultation and patch test
We provide a patch test during your complimentary laser consultation at both clinics. Your therapist assesses your skin and hair, discusses your medical history and treatment areas, and tests a small area before a full treatment. A free consultation booked on its own takes 15 minutes. If you book a treatment, appointment duration depends on the area you choose.
